The first day we will start your paintings using your choice of Watercolor/gouache or alternatively pen or pencil. (NO oil paint, acrylic or pastels please). Plan on bringing these materials on the first day.My goal will be to introduce you to the fundamentals of perspective while working hands-on, and as you work, to help you add complexity to your understanding and to your picture. We will be working from townscape/scenic reference which the instructor will provide. If any student has a compelling and specific scenic image in mind, they should bring that in as well.
