Join us for free weekly art workshops at Hamilton Fish Recreation Center for children ages 6 to 13 led by the Art Students League Seeds instructor, Maurice Buckley.
Maurice Buckley was born and raised in The Bronx. His art explores the iconography of the American superhero and its storytelling format. The “hero’s” trials show growth through journeys that explore nature, parenting, and science fiction. He received his BFA in studio art at Alfred University with additional coursework in visual development for film and video game design.
