Please note: This class is not advised for anyone under the age of 18.
In this collage/mixed media class, there will be an anything goes approach to the creative process. Students will bring their own artistic interpretations to the class. Experimentation with materials is encouraged. Attention will be given to technical and construction concerns as well as conceptual and formal issues. Personalized care will be given to each student’s individual process of art making, in an effort to bring forward the clearest realization of the work possible. When necessary, group critiques, discussions and demonstrations will be conducted.
