Class Description

The metal fabrication classes take place in our welding shop. Our well-equipped shop includes: Oxy/Acetylene, MIG, and TIG welders, plasma cutter, chop saw, bench shear, bench grinder, drill press, belt sander, hand tools, hand and air grinders, safety clothing, welding and grinding hoods.

Qualified technical instructors are on duty at all times during every class. Due to the large amount of technical instruction required, students are requested to start their studies at the beginning of each month.

About the Instructor

Hak Sul Lee studied at Kwandong University in Korea, the Art Students League of New York, and Queens College, CUNY, where he majored in art history. He has been a technical instructor in the Art Students League’s welding department since 2006. Hak Sul Lee is represented by Pho Gallery 798 in Beijing.
