This two day workshop will show how to take great pictures of your Art. Any application is only as good as the images you submit. In this workshop, students will be given information through demonstrations and studio work preparing them to document their art more accurately. On the first day we will focus on basic equipment needs; lighting and backgrounds. Students will learn techniques how to photograph 2 and 3 dimensional art. Day three will focus on making basic adjustments to the image, downloading, cropping, color correction and resizing your images.

About the Instructor

Ed Watkins has been photographing art for the past 37 years, working for some of the most prestigious art dealers, collections, fine arts institutions and art directors in New York City.  His work has been published in numerous art books and catalogs including the Art Students League of New York.
