Since 1875, The Art Students League has provided affordable studio art education of the highest quality to anyone wishing to learn the language of art. The League’s 2,500 students all benefit from tuition subsidized by our individual, corporate, government, and foundation supporters. Scholarships and work-study programs provide additional support to the most deserving students.

The Art Students League of New York is a 501(c) (3) organization. Donations are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.

A new way to support us is through the Friends of fhe League Program.

In addition to our core studio art classes, the League offers a diverse array of programs that bring art into the community, foster professional development for emerging artists, and provide free public exhibitions, lectures and other events at the League.
